At Affordey, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items on sale or marked as final sale
  • Perishable or consumable goods
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Custom or personalized orders

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

4. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will happily exchange it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the damage.
