At Affordey, we strive to deliver your Home & Lifestyle products as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping and service policy carefully.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across Pakistan. We are working on expanding our delivery network to serve you better.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Remote Areas 5–7 Business Days

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply at checkout based on your location
  • Free shipping on orders above a certain amount (check our current promotions)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may retry delivery or return the package. Re-delivery charges may apply.
